According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, one of the most important layers in human needs is the Social Need. Social need consists of sense of belonging and acceptance as part of important need for human, which sometimes overcome the physiological and security needs.
In the world of corporate organization, Social Need should not be denied as long as there is personnel interaction. Hence, Aker Solutions (KL) Sports & Social Club (ASKLSSC) is here to provide a platform to satisfy employee's social need. It is often difficult to identify and to satisfy one's needs but as much as possible we will do our best to comprehend.
For the record, we would like to call upon all to give full encouragement to the activities so successes can be derived. Remember, that great accomplishments are achieved through everybody's commitment, dedication and aspiration to be together in harmony.
Lastly, we hope that through all the activities we will be able to improve relationship within our organization and able to nurture a sense of togetherness among us. After all we are one big family.

Berdasarkan Teori Hirarki Keperluan Maslow, salah satu keperluan penting dalam keperluan-keperluan manusia ialah Keperluan Sosial. Keperluan Sosial mencakupi perasaan untuk diterima dan didambakan yang menjadi keperluan penting setiap manusia, kadangkala melebihi keperluan fisiologi dan keselamatan.
Di dalam dunia organisasi korporat, tidak boleh tidak keperluan sosial itu diabaikan selagi wujudnya interaksi sesama insan. Untuk itu, Aker Solutions (KL) Sports & Social Club (ASKLSSC) memainkan peranan sebagai platform untuk memenuhi kehendak sosial para pekerja. Seringkali, memang susah untuk mengenalpasti dan memenuhi kehendak semua tetapi seboleh-bolehnya kami akan memberi yang terbaik.
Oleh yang demikian, kami ingin menyeru kepada semua untuk memberikan galakan di atas setiap aktiviti agar kejayaan boleh digapai. Ingatlah, sesuatu pencapaian gemilang adalah hasil daripada komitmen, dedikasi dan keinginan semua untuk bersatu dalam harmoni.
Akhir kata, kami berharap agar setiap aktiviti akan dapat menambahbaik hubungan di dalam organisasi seterusnya dapat memupuk rasa kesamaan di antara kita. Apapun, kita semua adalah satu keluarga yang besar.
